Here are answers to some our most commonly asked questions about the Parco/Sinclair Historical Theatre, facility rentals and a few facility use/rental forms.
How large is the theatre?
The theatre has 191 seats with a capacity of 198 to allow for wheelchair seating and the facility is ADA compliant and handicap accessible. The stage is about 14’ x 26’ with a performing area of about 14’ x 18’.
Can I make a donation?
Yes, just call the Sinclair Town Hall at (307) 324-3058 and ask about the “Come Sit With Us” program.
Can I visit with a group?
Yes, just call the Sinclair Rec Hall at (307) 324-2628 to schedule a time.
Is the theatre open for school visits?
Yes, arrangements can be made by calling the Sinclair Rec Hall at (307) 324-2628.
Do I need to print my ticket before I arrive?
Yes, by printing your ticket ahead of time, you will expedite your admission process. However, staff will have a printout of all tickets that were pre-sold. ID’s are necessary for admission.
What spaces are available for rent?
Our rentable meeting spaces include the Town Hall meeting rooms, the Recreation Hall, and the Parco/Sinclair Theatre. Please contact the Sinclair Rec Hall at (307) 324-2628 to discuss the perfect setting for your meeting, conference or event.
Are the Washington Park Pavilions available to rent?
Use of Washington Park is free, however, the pavilions can be reserved for private events. Arrangements can be made by calling the Sinclair Rec Hall at (307) 324-2628.
How many people will each space hold?
The Parco/Sinclair Historical Theatre features a 191-seat performance auditorium, with a capacity of 198 to allow for wheelchair seating. The Sinclair Town Hall large conference room can seat 40-50 people; the 2 small conference rooms seat 6-10 people each. The Sinclair Recreation Hall Gym has a maximum occupancy of 290 people.
What facility offerings are available?
Reliable WIFI access, microphone(s), state-of-the-art sound system, on-site staff support, and electricity. Conference rooms also have use of big screen monitors.
Are the facilities handicap accessible?
Yes, there is an elevator in the Town Hall that can be used to access the conference rooms on the second floor. The Parco/Sinclair Historical Theatre has wheelchair seating and is ADA compliant.

The use of the Sinclair Recreation Hall, weight room/fitness room is governed by the Sinclair Rec Center General Rules. Any violation of the rules may result in expulsion from this facility and a loss of privileges.
